Find My Way Career Mapping exists to support young people begin a career conversation. What are your interests and values and what are the influences that shape you as an emerging global citizen? How can you leverage this information to make considered decisions about your career journey?
Through collaboration, exploration and engagement, Find My Way empowers you to develop confidence and understanding about the nature of work, build resilience and have resources you can draw upon during times of uncertainty.
Amanda O’Neill is an experienced high school teacher and career development practitioner. With over twenty years of experience in high schools around Australia, Amanda listens to and supports students as they map their journey. She created Find My Way Career Mapping services to support high school and university students who are not sure of their future purpose or passion, or find themselves at the crossroads.
Amanda offers a safe and nurturing space for diverse and marginalised young people to begin a conversation about inclusive and accessible employment and education opportunities.
