I am thrilled and excited to be asked to participate in the 2025 She Leads Summit at St Hilda’s School on the Gold Coast on 14 August 2025.

The summit is a bold, student-led initiative and collaborative movement toward a more inclusive, empowered future. It answers a growing global call to reimagine education as a social contract. In alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, participants believe education must be more than a pathway to achievement. It must be a shared commitment to equality, participation, and progress for all. This means overcoming discrimination, challenging exclusion, and creating spaces where every girl can find her voice, own her story, and step into leadership.

It is a fantastic opportunity for me to support girls to explore career opportunities and possibilities beyond what is presented in mainstream careers education. Globally and nationally, women remain under-represented in decision-making and policy design structures. How do we change that at a grassroots level?
